Bloodwise1. The Service
Bloodwise (the “Service”) lets you upload blood test reports, extracts and organises biomarker data from them, and provides AI-generated summaries and a chat interface grounded in your uploaded documents. The Service is an informational and organisational tool only.
2. Not medical advice
Bloodwise is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content generated by the Service — including biomarker classifications, summaries, and chat responses — is for general informational purposes only and may contain errors. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on Bloodwise. 3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them (“Your Content”). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including transmitting relevant content to our AI providers to generate extractions, summaries, and chat responses. You may only upload documents you have the right to upload. If you upload documents relating to another person (for example, a family member), you confirm you have their permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- Upload content containing malware or that infringes another person's rights;
- Use the Service to provide medical services or advice to third parties.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- The Starter tier is free. Paid plans (Plus, Family) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
7. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to read documents and generate text. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, even when it appears confident. Extracted values include confidence indicators and may require your review. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, and for discussing results with a healthcare professional.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bloodwise and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as intended.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data).
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted data will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloodwise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
