Is Bloodwise a replacement for my doctor?+
No. Bloodwise helps you organise and understand your results so you can have better conversations with your healthcare team. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — always consult a qualified professional about your health.
What file formats can I upload?+
PDF lab reports work best — Bloodwise reads them directly, including scanned reports. You can also paste plain-text results if that's what you have.
Who can see my results?+
Only you, until you invite someone and they accept. Every document is scoped to your account with row-level security. After a connection is accepted, trusted markers are shared unless you set them to Private — and either of you can disconnect anytime.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can delete individual documents or your entire account at any time, and the underlying data is removed with it. See our privacy policy for details.
How accurate is the extraction?+
Each extracted biomarker carries a confidence score, and anything the system isn't sure about is flagged for your review rather than silently accepted. You stay in control of what counts.
